damn the McDonald's I worked for in rural Missouri even blacked out the windows for privacy and put up a schedule for our Muslim co-worker's prayer times so we wouldn't disturb him. it didn't take up that much time out of his shift...granted, this was a franchise store, so corporate probably wouldn't have been as chill, but we all loved Akmal and wanted him to feel comfy.

his first shift in hospitality, started at 7pm, asked if he can be done by 9pm so he can get to a party, was told the function goes until midnight, then we clean up and reset. his dad was rushed to hospital at 8:45, so he had to leave, he then sends a Snapchat from the party to the friend that got him the job
