problem with mine is there is no set trigger. I habe no warning I just go. As some people say when have auras and absent moments means gonna be big tonic-clonic but doesn't for me. I have absent moments every day and auras. but big ones fingers crossed tad more under control due to VNS. But I have no specific trigger sometimes be sat doing nothing, calm relaxed and it happens. Other times be stressed. but sometimes be stressed and all things be fine. People that know me don't know the triggers as i don't warn it or change. Sometimes happens and they know to get me on floor and calm. But most time fine. Is annoying when people say all same as makes feel like nothing.
