It has become clear in the past months that ukraine doesnt keep up to its claims. They claimed they wont target civilian sites and target "military assets" but yet they still you have witnesses in your eyes ukraine bombing the homes of the innocents. The civilians are counted as "military assets" in the eyes of the ukrainian government who are liars. They even killed 25 university students in Russia and ukraine wont admit it
