Funny enough I was thinking about this with my busy body brain today… what if I bought a house in one of the estates in Lagos and they ask me to pay charges, in my mind I was fighting myself that I will not pay them any kobo, before searching houses in Lagos for sale lol 😂 😂 life is so funny and now to this video… in my conclusion instead of buying a house of 180-200M, I will rather rent, atleast I can see the ones of 3.5-4M then invest the remaining money in good business since Lagos has a lot of opportunities….
