UPDATE: Four children were left alone with the eldest son (12 yrs) while the parents went out clubbing for 4 1/2 hrs to celebrate the "father's" birthday. They were on vacation in Miami from Maryland. The two year old somehow got out of the hotel room and climbed down three flights of stairs where she was found by a good Samaritan on the street while calling out for her mother. The parents were arrested and went before a judge this past week. All four children are now in DCF custody. The "parents" have been charged with 4 counts of child neglect and will be going for a hearing on October 1st to regain custody of their kids.
