3 things here: 1) your going along the joists here which is wrong, go across them. 2) use smaller boards 6x3 not 8x4 ….& 3) Make a dead man which is basically a T shape that forms a wedge between the floor and the plasterboard

Hire a plasterboard lifter be lot easier that's what I did at my parents renovation got 4 ceilings ready to board & cost me £30 for 2 day hire lot easier on your own 🥰

déjà pour commencer ont suspente les pannes, ensuite ont met les fourrure et la laine de verre ou de roche ou laine alu. apres tu met ton escabeau en plein millieu tu prends t'a plaque sur le côté, tu monte avec sur l'escabeau, tu glisse la longueur contre le mur et tu la plaque contre l'ossature metalique, tu la maintient avec ta tête et un bras . et tu te dépêche de mettre le maximum de visse pour la maintenir. tu peut fabriquer un T avec des liteaux ou tous simplement utiliser un lève plaque.
