I think vaping is more addictive than cigarettes though because cigarettes you do take like a two hour break you smoke cigarettes once every two hours once every hour. Vaping you’re puffing on that thing all day long no breaks unless you’re sleeping

Currently on week 3 of quitting vaping and nicotine, and let me say week 2 was the worst. I have so much more energy, I’m in a much better mindset, everything is better. If you’re reading this looking to quit, do it. The grass is greener on the other side

I think the sad thing is that smoking seemed to be on the way out, especially among Millennials and Gen Z, but then vaping came along and nicotine use became widespread again. It feels like we were making progress, only for vaping to become the new version of the same problem 😔
