large label of oats, probably 1.5 cups. Twice that volume of boiling water. 4 eggs, enough salt, sesame seeds, mix. Low medium heat pan with oil, non stick, make a pancake, spread the middle to the edges as you go to avoid it being lumpy and raw in the middle. When set, flip and cook the other side. keep the heat low. Repeat, plate and eat.
