@racheljdillon: I’m in awe of my body at every stage of life. On the surface, this video is about physical change. But to me, it tells a much deeper story. Each version of me represents a different season. A season of building strength. A season of slowing down. A season of growing a baby. A season of building businesses. A season of learning and evolving. I’ve experienced moments where I’ve felt incredibly strong, and others where I’ve had to rebuild from the ground up. For so many years, I measured my body by how it looked. Today, I’m far more grateful for what it has allowed me to experience. Every season has asked something different of me, and every season has built a different kind of strength. Looking back, I don’t wish for a previous version of myself. I’m simply grateful for each one. Because every version has shaped the woman, the mother and the person I am today. My body has never been the most important part of my story. But it has carried me through every chapter of it, and for that, I’ll always be grateful. Excited to share my new @MOVE WITH US with you🫶🏼
