I have mixed feelings about this whole Kim x Kourtney feud. At first I was at Kourtney's side. Then when I heard Kim talking about her wedding with Kanye... I thought that Kourtney could've done her wedding at ANY PLACE OF THE EARTH and with any singer (She chose Italy/Andrea Bocelli just like Kim's!!!!!!!). They are filthy rich, why copy her sister's wedding? That was weird, really weird. And then Kim just had a business deal with the same brand, Dolce, and it was a problem??? I just think that Kourtney has issues, she wants respect but at every opportunity she steps over her sisters. When they get back at her, she acts innocent. Kim likes the attention too, she likes to tease Kourtney. Anyway it's a weird family dynamic, between both of them specially.

People think it’s just about D&G, but it’s really about Kim’s competitive streak. When Kourt heard her sister hated the wedding and badmouthed it, only to then partner with the brand herself, she was obviously upset. Kim likely saw the wedding and received the offer—which she herself said she wouldn't have accepted because it wasn't her vibe—but decided to take the deal after the wedding to show she could do it better than her sister. She hated the wedding, yet elements of it appeared in the show; Kim turned it into a competition between them. Kourt just voiced her feelings, but since she isn't great at communicating, it came across as jealousy. In reality, she was just a hurt sister going through a lot emotionally; the wedding meant a lot to her, yet Kim turned it into a commercial moment to boost her own ego—even though she didn't need the deal, given that everyone agreed Kim was a better fit for Balenciaga at the time. Nowadays, you don't see any trace of D&G in Kim's world; in fact, for the Skims campaign, she had to bring Kourt in because the brand was more Kourt's vibe than hers.
