Dear we are paid based on ranks not the level you teach..a trained teacher can teach any level even the university depending on the cert he has but can still choose to remain in a particular class…

I’m a teacher 😃You can upgrade and still be in a particular place because the job is flexible unless you want to move . Teachers are paid according to rank and number of years of serving in the services not even qualifications. A teacher with a masters would be earning less while a teacher with a degree who has served longer has a higher rank and being paid highest . GES doesn’t recognize certain qualifications only ranks. The longer you serve the higher the rank to occupy certain positions like administration etc even that is the option of the teacher to move from the classroom for that . The Job is very Flexible you get to do a lot of other things all together. The last secret is teachers live longer that is why you grow and come back to meet them till retiring.
