Faye explains what "Faen" (แฟน - boyfriend/girlfriend) and "Partner" mean to her. Faye: ...okay... you can do everything that couples do. But to actually call someone your faen, that's different. To me, it means being able to share everything. Can you share your feelings? Can you truly be there for each other? ...That's what a faen is. But if you use the word partner, I'm okay with that. A partner isn't exactly faen, not just a friend, and not just a nong either. It's a partner in feelings. A partner in everything. It's a little softer than calling someone your faen. That's why I like the word partner. Honestly, giving someone the title of faen is difficult, and it's not something I can answer immediately. I don't know what being a faen means for other people. It's not just about meeting someone... ...doing everything couples do... ...and then suddenly saying, "We're faen now." Just because you like someone or let your emotions lead you doesn't mean you should keep going from one person to another. For me, it's about staying with one person. Will they still accept me when I'm not at my best? When I'm sick and being really fussy? For example, if there's an omelet with rice... ...but I suddenly want rice porridge instead. I'll complain. I'll get grumpy. Can they accept that? Will they understand me? Voice: You didn't use to think this deeply before. Faye: Well... I've grown up.

the most rational post I read today. 👍 especially the airport part. it's rather weird seeing them doing that as a work partner. regardless of how affectionate and loving Faye is. The boundaries need to be visible.

Mas era óbvio, Faye é CEO e leva o trabalho muito a sério, dizer que ela tem algo na vida real com sua funcionária e colega de trabalho é estranho. Podem ter certeza, que se um dia ela parar de atuar em GL, e assumir alguma mulher, essa mulher não será Atom.

I for one am glad she made this distinction because it's very real and very true and important. Too many fans expecting actual relationships between gl pairs and realistically that's just not it, they're work mates. They're good at their job. They're good friends even. But that's it. And that's okay ❤️
