yeah she didn't seem very interested in selling anything, when salespeople act like that I just turn around and leave I'm not wasting my time.

These are clearly not elite salespeople (or associates/brand ambassadors/curators whatever ‘label’ they want). They have no finesse and clearly no grasp of etiquette. I’ve had better service in M&S where the customer clearly does matter. Hermes is overrated and bourgeois these days.

Customer service continuing to type on the phone while a customer is talking to her - a bad customer service is understatement. And the whole “wish item” thing is nothing but a scam for making money. I will never support and recommend Hermes.
