I’d say only move into the 6 bed place if you have a man seriously in your life, otherwise I think you’ll become lonely and have way too much space and yes the eternal maintenance and cleaning will drive you mad… having a fellow lodger in the house is sometimes okay, but so much better having your own space and privacy too though… not everyone is neat and tidy and respectful of someone else’s property either… that can become pretty stressful too.
