I get you 100%. That’s actually the reason I took German citizenship years ago, before they introduced dual citizenship. I have never once been treated badly. I’ve travelled to Seychelles, Mauritius, Réunion and many other places, and I’ve always had a good experience.

I think it comes down to someone's philosophy, exploring the world is very difficult for Africans and if it's not your life goal then prioritize smooth access and destinations
