i’m team cap in terms of the accords but im ALSO team cap in terms of bucky. obviously he should’ve told tony but i see why he didn’t. bucky didn’t even do anything, the winter soldier did it against his will. if i thought someone was going to try and take my best friend from me after i thought id never see him again, i wouldn’t have said shit.

but people not understanding that steve protecting bucky is exactly what he was fighting for with the sokovia accords fried me too. bucky was stripped of his right to choose too, being put under mind control and forced to kill people, including tony’s parents. i’m team cap on both fronts. it’s sad what happened to the starks but it can’t solely be blamed on bucky.

I will die on this hill, the people who say they are team Cap would be team Iron Man if they lived in the MCU and their hometown got blown to bits by superheroes without accountability. I am however team Bucky (not team Cap) during the last fight. Tony was right to be mad but Bucky was literally brainwashed.
