I don’t think they will do a second trial because of the media outcry during this trial - I think it would be difficult to get an impartial jury at this point I think they offer the deal they rejected initially

I do not understand why the prosecution seems so incompetent. I do get the possible reasons of why they rested their case. To possibly cross examine the defense witnesses but they are not even asking the correct questions.

Are we going to put Lindsay through this all over again? Sheesh, that is the primary concern? My question is how much of state tax dollars are being spent and how many women — ones without wealthy tech exec (ex) husbands — could have gotten care with all that money? Nothing about this circus actually helps women in need.

I think there’s no way a guilty verdict comes back. I think it’s hung or not guilty. You’re gonna have 1-2 or even more on that jury. That won’t agree I’m sure.

there needs to be a 3rd party that comes in and looks at all the evidence and goes through everything who can try and find out the full truth, we dont 100% know she did it and we dont 100% know she didnt do it, the evidence is lacking and so is the police investigation. Those kids deserve to truth and so do their families its all just so sad 3 children are no longer here through no fault of their own 🥺🥺
