This is spot on and in some cases when you pay off a debt that money ceases if you don't replace that debt with another one equal that amount or higher but it's best to go higher. This is not the case for everyone it depends on your level of thinking

Yep, the Universe just did this in my life. So annoying! I actually had to focus on my goals and the amount of money I needed to achieve my goals. I had to drop some habits, drop things not aligned with who I'm becoming and actually wait for some things the way I learned. As soon as I started making the right moves, I started having more money flow to me again ✨
