I had that issue. I leaned harder into "reusable hobbies" for fun. Books, movies, games, lego, art, music, etc. Things that can keep my hands/brain/both busy. My most favourite thing is the lego disassembling tool. I will randomly pick a build and tear it down just to build it back up.
