Everyone says they feel déjà vu, but I actually get the opposite (jamais vu). For example when it starts, I am well aware that I’m in my bedroom but I feel like I’ve never been here before, it looks unfamiliar

after having them for so long, and having clusters (8+ a day) i’ve been able to describe it now. i get intense deja vu, i get a weird feeling in my stomach (like when you go downhill on a roller coaster), my face gets flushed and covered in beads of sweat, my whole body gets covered in sweat, i rapidly swallow/ chewing movements, i make a weird face (kinda like this 🥴), and during all of that, i feel like i teleported to a dream i’ve previously had.

Same😂😂😂sometimes I wake up and look at my pillow but there’s nothing but my headache. I have no idea how to describe asleep seizures. Even my mom and dad can’t catch me A LOT of times. Like do I twitch? Do i stretch? Do i droll? I just wake up and say “nice” and go back to sleep😂

I get an aura, Déjà vu. Then I space out. I can see and hear the people around me. I know they are asking me if I’m ok but im trying to pull myself out of it so I speak in tongues if I try to answer. Once I finally snap out I’m tired. They are easier if I’m alone because I can sit and kind of ride it out. I know it’s happening.

i feel like a geometric shape that doesn’t exist all while having impending doom and déjà vu so bad… feels like words that don’t exist! 😩 iykyk because it’s so hard to explain to anyone that doesn’t understand

I feel a swirly not so good feeling that takes me over but it’s like I’m my own room separate from the room I’m in. I can still be aware and hear others, but not. I have to wait until the feeling is done pulling me in. Then it’s like everything fades into view and I’m weak, tired, then my head hurts. Other times it’s like a finger snap and I just came into existence. Don’t know who I am, what I was doing, nothing existed before that moment. I have to wait til it all fades back in.
