@lifeofencourgement: When you’re conducting a commercial inspection, capture more than you think you’ll need. You don’t want to finish the inspection, drive an hour away, and then realize you missed one required angle, repair, or area of the property. While you’re onsite: Make sure your photos are clear and usable. Follow the required photo format and labeling instructions. Capture additional angles when appropriate. Document required repairs, deferred maintenance, damages, and completed improvements thoroughly. Review your work order before leaving the property and make sure you’ve addressed every required item. Commercial inspections can involve detailed reports that insurance companies, lenders, or other clients are waiting to receive. Accuracy and timely submission matter. Take the extra few minutes while you’re already there. Five extra photos can be a lot cheaper than a second trip. Be thorough the first time. Protect your time, your mileage, and your reputation. 📘 Looking for higher-paying commercial inspection opportunities? Do you have a separate camera to take photos?

SuperViviers :
I just received my notary commission and I want to add field inspection as part of my business. With field inspections, have you run into security issues, like someone on the property not wanting pictures to be taken?
