I'm the note taker and I sometimes write notes in a joking manner or give bizarre nicknames to npcs examples include: Iggy Azalea instead of Ig'cha "living, breathing fossil" and "ancient artifact" instead of (very old npc's name) and one of my favorites, "Kalthrix basically tells Vlaakith she ain't shit, has zero rizz, and negative aura" (the character was once loyal to her and had renounced her, calling her a false god)
