We do a similar with the taquitos. We air fry them and that makes a big difference! Did it last time we did salsa verde. Delicious!!

literally my favorite way to make enchiladas!

For enchiladas, I cook ground beef add tsco seasoning, cheese and enchilada sauce and then I line the pan like you did and roll the meat in flour/corn tortillas sauce on top and cheese takes me 30 mins

I do this with El Monterey frozen burritos and they are fire for a quick meal. I do homemade when I have time.
