I’ve been on a jury before and I’ve watched this whole trial. I seriously see no evidence just everything based on what he said. Then his story changed on the stand! If something doesn’t make sense there is something wrong!

The fact of the matter is, her rights were trampled on. Her presumption of innocence was violated from the get go. No one investigated properly. She very well could have done it, but that doesn’t change the fact that she never got the right to prove she didn’t. The prosecution has not proved she did!

I feel like when he found her she didn’t confess to him. I feel like he put that notion in her mind, but that’s just my opinion. That’s why I feel like she may have made that confession to the doctor.

EXACTLY!!!!!! have you ever watched cop body cam videos, they always detain people on scene till they "figure it out what's going on". he could have had a weapon, he could have been a stranger etc, heartbreaking on every level 💔

I have to wonder if this is Red’s “Swan Song” case… and he intends to more importantly, expose the corruption of the cops there. He is likely very well aware of how bad it is given that he’s likely had to defend so many folks in that jurisdiction.

I want to know why there's two different men in the videos. Where's the body cam film? Why wouldn't the EMT captain send a heart monitor to the basement? How did she do all that so fast while drugged?
