I year ago, I predicted this would happen. I said that Trump knows that Liberals will never (willingly) approve the Keystone XL he wants. So he’s going to force Carney to choose, expand oil or tariffs. I then said it again in October, that I think Carney will end up announcing Keystone XL. Because that's what Trump has always wanted. If he does that, we get tariff relief.  Trump used the word "may" - as in it "may be awoken from the grave."  Which means, Trump has given Carney a choice. #carney #trump #tariffs #canada
