How about a 911 call from a female saying she’s being abused by her husband or boyfriend please get there knock no one answers. Everything‘s quiet now what should the police do? No answer at the door no lights on. No one answers the callback number.

What’s crazy that video that he’s showing in kind of in the background if you go watch that video like from the original video it has them walking up to the door and when he’s walking up to the door, he tells the other officer put him in handcuffs when he opens the door, so the officer has already made the decision to arrest this guy, even though that officer did not see the violation. It was another off duty officer that called in that violation and he was just coming to the door looking for the person. This is the reason why we hate police cause guys like this that will come to your door in the middle of the night and I don’t even think that holds up you have to physically see the infraction that you’re arresting somebody for or there has to be video evidence for it in this officer was like yeah he’s already guilty my buddy my little gang member said that he did this so the moment he opens that door we’re gonna arrest him like he’s already guilty. That’s it nothing else..

I want to let everyone know. If you open the door they may slid their foot in the way to keep it from shutting creating an “observable” situation. Also if you try to close the door and it hits the officers foot that can be assault. Stay aware.

I am glad that things about cops not being able to enter for a welfare check was after the time we needed it for my brother, it was already to late, but glad we could use the cops to help enter

I know this is an abusive authority and power, police officers have been caught using their authority and their power abusively to break the constitutional rights of citizens I've seen I've seen cops walk up to people's front doors and say we're here on a welfare check and the person answered the door said well I'm fine you don't need to come in here I'm okay but the cops still said well we need you to come out here and and we need to look at the premises we need to walk in and see what's going on that's another business unless they have reasonable evidence proving that that there's something happening at the house they can't legally come in.
