ok its a try but i dont think its correct if its a suicide and the gun is benith in the left hand and assuming the guy is right handed and if the man is studiying said that hes in an study table( mind you my claim might be not accurate) then even if he fired his gun he cannot cuz aint o way the his non domminant hand is strong eungh to pull the trigger even if so the paper will be stained with blood but as it says its not so my best claim is someome shot the guy while studying and before he flew the scene he put the gun in the victims left hand and put an neat note and the checklist is a fake decoy so seems that its a scuicide

who would type out and print a suicide note while they got pen and paper right there. The guy was murdered and the killer typed out the note since he he could write it due to different handwriting
