I bought a place in the area & there’s not much to do. HOWEVER, the location is so centrally located, it’s easy to get to so many different parts of DFW.

I just moved from there 3 weeks ago. Lived there for 5 years. You’ve hit the jackpot as far as being in the center of DFW. You will commute 20-30 min all over DFW

I worked in Las Colinas when I moved to TX in 2015. My fav restaurant was The Ranch at Las Colinas. The lump crab dip is top notch!

I live in Las Colinas... it's basically East Indias land. I love it tho. I live right next to Toyota Music Factory and they have A Bar Louie, Yard House, Gloria's and a movie theatre right there with other little small restaurants and live music occasionally. Its dope.

There’s the Toyota Music Factory with a lot of restaurants and bars. You also have a Hudson House and other bars by Lake Carolyn. There’s a lot more than people realize. Italian Cafe has the cheapest happy hour. It’s been there for at least 15 years.

I loved living on Lake Carolyn at Alesio. I looked forward to my walks around the lake and the Italian café is so good, the fireworks are nice at the event plaza too (July 4th)
