Why soft? Because furniture can be flipped, pushed or thrown during severe incidents. Hard and heavy furniture can then increase the risk of injury. But there’s an obvious problem. If you make furniture softer, you still need it to cope with intensive daily use. That’s the challenge behind RoccoShield®. This pouf combines a soft foam construction with our heavy-duty FlexGuard coating. And that brings us back to the tractor. 3.5 tonnes driving straight over a foam pouf. Is that a realistic use case? Of course not. Does this mean it can’t be destroyed? Also no. But it makes one thing surprisingly easy to demonstrate: Soft doesn’t have to mean weak.
