In 2014 at Geneva, China called for the Convention on Conventional Weapons to prevent weapons from getting out of human control, but that was rejected by Western countries. China brought it up again in 2016 and 2019, and in 2021 we even submitted an 87-page proposal, but it was still rejected by Western countries. We're just acting within the rules.
