Nasal spray are not the best. I mean it depends on people but Wrong application and you can lose most effect or even it can trigger one. I Have migraine since I am 2 years old and try everything and the worse was zomig nasal spray. Just bear in mind.

Chilli and sadly garlic Are one of my biggest food triggers. So putting chilli up my nose…is a No 😅

Sinus Plumber makes a nasal spray with capsicum and peppermint. I will say it's helped me in the past. you can get it on Amazon or IHerb. It does burn a bit, idk maybe 10 seconds but it does work.
