@amber.figlow: Kendra came in with two problems and left with one solution during her intensive... She needed video content she could actually batch, and she needed to grow a brand new account without starting from scratch every week. So I suggested we build her a video series. A win-fucking-win if you ask me. A series makes the hard content idea decision once. You're not reinventing your video content every Monday, you're just shooting the next episode. And because the format is repeatable, you can technically batch a full quarter in one sitting. 12 to 15 videos if you're posting weekly, which is totally doable in a day if you really commit to setting aside the time. And lowkey, something else to think about is that a standalone video post has a shelf life of about 48 hours. A series doesn't, which again, is perfect for Kendra's goal of growing a new account. Someone finds you on episode five and four more are just sitting there waiting for them to binge. Your old content keeps working instead of dying in a grid nobody scrolls back through. And Instagram even has a new "series" feature that make this even easier for your people to binge.
