There are barley ANY sidewalks on the east side of Douglas, he was walking down the road otw to the store and recording and then the police stopped him for absolutely nothing and he said he did nothing wrong so there was no reason for him to provide his name bcs the officer never told him what he was being arrested/ detained for, he was following the laws and walking on the side of the road, against traffic even tho there wasn’t any cars..

Ok i live in Douglas nn they do stupid shii like dis all the time there are almost no sidewalks in Douglas people walk in the middle of the street all the time cse it’s a lot easier den walkin on the side ii walk all the time nn im always in the middle of the street they choose who they wanna stop where the man in the video was walkin there is no side walks jst streets nn grass he did nothing wrong that officer needs to be fired an many others.

I don't understand why you would be arrested for walking in the road. I was an officer for 43 years. I would of just told him to get out of the road, but cooperations go both ways. he asked his name and he said I ant got no name.
