Ingredients — Makes 2 Large Drinks 💜 Berry Layer 1 cup frozen raspberries ½ cup frozen blueberries ½ cup berry juice or cranberry juice 1 tbsp grenadine 1 cup ice 1 oz white rum (cocktail version) 🥭 Mango Layer 1½ cups frozen mango chunks ¾ cup mango nectar ¼ cup pineapple juice 1 cup ice 1 oz coconut rum (cocktail version) 🥥 Creamy Coconut Layer ¾ cup cream of coconut ½ cup coconut milk ¼ cup pineapple juice 1½ cups ice For the Topping Whipped cream Fresh raspberries Fresh blueberries Mango slices or cubes Colorful candy sprinkles Striped straws Instructions Prepare the berry layer: Blend raspberries, blueberries, berry juice, grenadine, ice, and white rum if making the cocktail version. Blend until thick and slushy. Prepare the mango layer: Blend frozen mango, mango nectar, pineapple juice, ice, and coconut rum until smooth and frozen. Prepare the coconut layer: Blend cream of coconut, coconut milk, pineapple juice, and ice until thick and creamy. Build the drinks: Spoon a generous berry layer into the bottom of two tall glasses. Add a layer of creamy coconut, followed by mango. Continue alternating berry → coconut → mango → coconut until the glasses are full. Pour slowly to keep the beautiful colorful bands visible. Gently drag a straw through a few sections of the drink to create the dramatic swirled effect without completely mixing the colors. Finish with a tall swirl of whipped cream. Decorate with raspberries, blueberries, mango pieces, and colorful sprinkles. 🍹 Cocktail Version For each serving, use approximately ½ oz white rum + ½ oz coconut rum. For a stronger drink, increase to 1 oz of each per glass. 🍹 Mocktail Version Leave out both rums and add a splash of pineapple juice or coconut water instead. Pro tip: Chill the glasses beforehand and keep each blended mixture very thick. This prevents the layers from immediately blending together and creates that striking pink, white, and golden swirl.
