Bring it (or even just the popped pieces) to any balloon cart and a cast member will swap it for a new one — free of charge. Pro tip: hang onto your receipt just in case. 2️⃣ Buy it on day one, not day three. You'll get more days of use out of it — and bonus, it doubles as a landmark for finding YOUR stroller in that sea of identical strollers at stroller parking. 3️⃣ Balloons aren't allowed everywhere. They're not permitted at Animal Kingdom (the park) or at Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge, including both Jambo House and Kidani Village. We had a family leave their balloon at the beginning of our trip. My girls LOVED it and it lasted our entire week long trip. We then passed it on to another little girl when we were leaving. They last forever
