I did NOT have this on my carnivore bingo card. 😂🥩 Before carnivore, washing my hair every single morning wasn’t really optional. By about hour 18, my roots were already looking greasy enough that I felt like I needed another wash just to look presentable. Skip a morning? Absolutely not. 😬 Day two hair? Rarely happening. Day THREE?! Forget it. And yet… here I am. Today is day three without washing my hair, and I’m not walking around looking like I dunked my head in a fryer. 🤯 This is one of those little changes that probably sounds insignificant until you’ve spent YEARS planning your mornings around your hair getting oily ridiculously fast. I started carnivore for much bigger reasons. I was thinking about my weight, inflammation, energy, digestion and just feeling better in my own body. I definitely wasn’t thinking: “Maybe someday I won’t have to wash my hair every 24 hours.” 😂 But here we are. I can’t tell you exactly why my scalp and hair changed, and I’m not claiming everyone who eats carnivore will experience the same thing. I can only tell you what has happened to me. And my hair getting dramatically less greasy has been one of the strangest little unexpected perks of this whole journey. Less washing. Less drying. Less styling. Less time spent fighting my own hair every morning. Apparently the carnivore benefits package had some fine print I forgot to read. 🥩🐝 Anybody else notice weird, completely unexpected changes after changing the way you eat? Because THIS one surprised me. 👀 #hair #carnivore #carnivorebenefits #greasyhair #grwm
