The officers had the people in the trailer, put their hands up because they weren't sure if a perpetrator was in there. With the victims. Sometimes perpetrators, people pretend to be victims to get out of trouble.

Yes, the reason the caption says they heard kids crying is because they, in fact, didn't.There's nothing on anybody cam , anywhere or you can hear kids crying before they broke the locks
