tbf I understand why people say bucky was nerfed because 1. he was so strong and skilled as the winter soldier. Like they literally thought he was a MYTH. He took tony, nat, tchalla, AND steve in a fight and didnt lose immediately. I feel like the mcu forgets how strong/skilled he is. that being said i do like how they focus on him healing as bucky rather than just throwing him in fight sequences, though I understand both sides. 2. He does not get as much focus in the movies. the only time they focused on him even briefly was ca:tws and ca:cw where he was the winter soldier and tfatws. because of his limited screen time and relevance, people think he is nerfed purely because we do not see him and he does not have a great impact on the plot

Idk if it's js me but Frank in bnd aswell! "They nerfed his true character" maybe he is finally trying to come out of all the darkness he's been surrounded in and finding happiness rather than being angry at everything that has happened. People forget bucky is still strong, he most likely could be holding himself back because he doesn’t want to use his full strength due to being the winter soldier, he’s at peace with himself and mainly just wants to help people and not harm them.

im sorry but endgame hulk is bad for so many reasons, he isn't even healed???? he had did and he magically got rid of it by merging his two alters using science, which doesnt work that way!!!!!!!! i hate hate hate hate hate that stupid attempt at "healed" bruce, they couldve given us a fusion arc or functional multiciplity but nooo they did that stupid bullshit???

The concept of Bucky Barnes, a character with extreme trauma with basically another version of the Nazis, brainwashed and killing people against his will and (i think i don’t know if thats canon) potentially sa’d being called ‘nerfed’ for getting BETTER?? People need to get a grip and actually look into his character rather than seeing him as just the winter solider
