It’s not for everyone but I’m convinced my placenta pills saved me. Helped so much with the hormones. I was crying nonstop before I got them and then suddenly I was back to normal. Really wild! But also makes sense when you think about how many hormones are exiting your body all at once during birth.

I had my first baby when I was 27 and had zero people who I could relate to. It was 10 years ago and honestly I feel like now social media makes it harder with the comparison game. You’re right it’s NORMAL and totally scary. They just send you home with a human being and say good luck!! You will get through. Postpartum woman need way more grace. Sending love 💗
