@vinny.gk: How to set up corners 👇 Defending corners can be done in many different ways depending on the manager or goalkeeper’s preference. This is the setup that works for me 👇 Player 1: Protects the front post and helps cover the goal if the opposition win the first header. Can also attack any ball that beats Player 2 and provides cover if a short corner is played. Player 2: Attacks and clears anything delivered into the front-post area, especially flat deliveries. Also there to go defend if opposition play short. Player 3: Defends the central zone and looks to win any headers in this area. Player 4: Protects the back post and helps cover the goal if the opposition win a header. Attacks anything that reaches the back-post area. This set up has worked for me as it covers my front post for the flat deliveries. My focus becomes defending the goal and the balls that are delivered with height into the area The rest of the team should mark the opposition, block runs and make it as difficult as possible for them to attack the cross.
