I love Tailscale, I run everything on remote VPS’s now so I don’t burn my own CPU running unit and E2E tests. The 5 VPS’s are connected through a subnet with 10.x IPs and then I connect through Tailscale so all public :22 connections are closed. I’m just always a tad suspicious why it’s free 👀

Agreed, Tailscale works great, even if you have a dynamic IP at the host machine.

I’m not sure why you would use this if you have your Mac with you? I can’t think of any or many scenarios where your Mac can’t do what do you want to do whilst you’re away?
