all legacy aircraft are decreasing in numbers all Su-27/mig-29 (not upgraded) are retiring fast, Su-24 all will be retired before 2030, most Su-25 (no spare engines, original factory in Georgia) will retire before 2030/2032 since this kind of aircrafts is suicide in a SAM infested area, and will keep only a token force of 32-36 Su-25SM3 for low intensity/Counter insurgency, The rest to be scrapped for spare parts to push the Remaining Su-25 up until or after 2035. also Mig-29SMT/Su-27SM3/Mig-31BM will retire long before 2035. only Mig-31K/I will live up to late 2030s, potentially Mig-29K. the russian airforce will host some 600 aircrafts made up of Su-30/34/35/57 supported by UCAVs. the mig is unfortunately on it death bed.
