Set aside. - Pat the salmon fillets dry. - Rub each fillet with roasted garlic oil, then seaso with paprika, garlic powder, oregano, Old Bay seasoning, Cajun seasoning, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper. - Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the avocado oil and butter. - Place the salmon in the skillet and sear for 3–4 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside. - In the same skillet, add the seasoned shrimp and cook for about 2 minutes per side, or until pink, opaque, and cooked through. Sauté over medium heat for 4–5 minutes, or until softened. Add the garlic and cook for 30 seconds, until fragrant. - Stir in the tomato paste until fully incorporated. Add your seasonings and mix well to evenly coat the vegetables. - Deglaze the skillet with the bone broth, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom of the pan. Stir until everything is well combined. - Pour in the heavy cream and bring the sauce to a gentle simmer.
