Medium is perfect size. Even with an organizer you can fit so much like laptop, accessories. The large gets too heavy bc of too much space

I sold my medium and got the large. The medium fit my laptop and essentials, but it felt just a little too small for all the stuff I carry daily + any extras. The large is perfect and I still have room for extras like clothing, snacks and even groceries if I decide to pop to the store on my way home (I commute by public transport)
