This is an example of excellent communication between stylist and client. No one is bashing anyone, there are multiple inspo photos being shown, there is explanation of what the client is seeing and re-iterating of what she’s seeing so she feels heard. Great listening skills. This was excellent. Everyone stylist and client can learn from this.
