The African peoples have only ever been known to worship or beleive in generally one creator at a period of time and it never involved scarification, ritual sacrifice, trokosi as is seen in Ghana or even the idea of witch doctors a whole. These concepts seem to enter into the African contient a hundred years before first contact with European non of this was originally there to begin with.
