I’ve seen the Lion King twice and Phantom of the Opera. It was great! Non-broadway I saw the Nutcracker ballet several times when I was a student at UNC. They always did so well. If there are any students in the comments, check your school’s theater. You might be able to get tickets to a show very cheap.

This is so important! We have an outdoor theater in St. Louis that puts on several musicals all summer. The last nine rows (almost 1500 seats) are free, first come first serve. Parking is free and you can bring outside food and drinks. The productions are amazing! It’s worth suffering the heat! We’ve seen newsies, South Pacific, Ain’t too Proud, and Meet Me in St. Louis so far this year!
