Many stores in Scandinavia sells bags of fruits and vegetables that are a little bruised or not perfect. But fine to eat right away or cook something with it. Its reduced in price, but you can’t pick from the bag. It’s the whole bag or not at all. It cuts down on waste, instead of throwing it away 😊👍🏻

Them bags were essentially “too good to go” bags - veg and fruits that are a little bruised or in general not up to par. They sell them for cheaper to reduce waste! 🥰

BILLA is nice, they're Austrian. Although in Czechia, the largest retailer feels to be Albert. They're Dutch, though

I’d buy at the very least, one full meal that’s a local food.

Those are bags that are sold cheaper as they want to save the food.

Double check your fridge, both my Merc and Volvo have had freezer sections. The Merc was hidden at the rear of the fridge there is a drawer at the top.

Try Globus hypermarket in Czech Republic. it's a wonderful hypermarket and has so much choice and wonderful produce. The bakery section is something special.

Have you tried a small cooler bag with a ice block in it and put into the freezer. At least one two could stay frozen for a while. 🙏🏻
