I know but she just wants the safety of her mommy, but when she naps let her tummy sleep and she will instinctively nestle her face and eyes, mostly on the side that’s sore, into the pillow. It creates a compression and helps the eye not to blink loosely-keeps it still. Helps with the pain and allows it to heal. When she’s older, tell her to try warm/cold compresses with her eyes still pillow side. It’s hard to explain, but it just depends where in the eye the abrasion is, as to which feels better that day. Sending love ❤️40 years of eye abrasions and they’re still the worst pain eb brings me

As a mother, I can only imagine the helplessness you feel not being able to take away your baby’s pain. I pray for better days for your sweet child. She’s a brave, strong warrior.
