Don’t lose focus. The case regarding her status continues at the end of this month. The magistrate court doesn’t have the power to make a decision on her deportation that is why it has been postponed to next year. They are waiting for her high court case regarding her immigration status which will commence at the end of this month. I don’t see her winning the case because she fraudulently obtained South African citizenship through her mother which has already been officially revoked, Chidimma does not meet the legal threshold for citizenship by birth. If she wins it would create a massive legal precedent that contradicts the strict terms of the Citizenship Act.
